摘 要:为探讨白屈菜碱对肉兔生长性能、免疫功能和血清抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取48日龄新西兰兔180只,单因子随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,低量白屈菜碱组、中量白屈菜碱组和高量白屈菜碱组饲喂基础日粮的同时分别添加400、800、1600 mg/kg的白屈菜碱。试验表明:生产性能指标方面,中量白屈菜碱组和高量白屈菜碱组与对照组比较,平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比较显著降低(P<0.05);在血液指标方面,中量白屈菜碱组和高量白屈菜碱组的血清IgA、IgM和超氧化物歧化酶含量较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。可见白屈菜碱能够提高肉兔的生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,肉兔饲料中添加800 mg/kg白屈菜碱较适宜。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of chelerythrine on growth performance,immune function and serum antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits.180 New Zealand rabbits aged 48 days were randomly divided into four groups:the control group was fed with basal diet,the low dose chelerythrine group,the medium dose chelerythrine group and the high dose chelerythrine group were fed with basal diet and supplemented with 400,800 mg/kg and 1600 mg/kg chelerythrine respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of medium and high dose chelerythrine groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05);In terms of blood indexes,the levels of serum IgA,IgM and superoxide dismutase in the medium dose chelerythrine group and high dose chelerythrine group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the content of serum malondialdehyde was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).It indicated that chelerythrine could improve the production performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits,and 800 mg/kg chelerythrine was suitable for meat rabbits.
