摘　　要：血管生成素样因子(ANGPTL)是近年来发现的一类与血管生成素在组成上具有同源性,并具有调节血管生成作用的分泌性糖蛋白家族。近年来,越来越多的研究表明ANGPTL在糖脂代谢、炎症和肿瘤中具有重要的作用。众所周知,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)及其疾病谱与代谢、炎症、肿瘤密切相关,现就ANGPTL在NAFLD中的作用作一综述,以期为临床防治NAFLD提供新的思路。Angiopoietin-like proteins(ANGPTLs)are a family of secretory glycoproteins recently found to be constitutionally homologous with angiogenin and play a role in the regulation of angiogenesis.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that ANGPTLs play an important role in glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammation,and tumor.As we all know,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and its disease spectrum are closely associated with metabolism,inflammation,and tumor.This article reviews the role of ANGPTLs in various diseases associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in clinical practice.
