摘　　要：针对高职扩招以来的新形势,文章开展学情调查了解生源特征,以当代工匠养成为主线,将践行新时代中国特色社会主义思想和培育建筑行业职业素养两大主题融入专业群基础课进行课程思政设计,学校、企业和教学点多方教师共同开展课程资源建设和教学实施,实现了加强高职扩招后思想政治教育和价值引领的目标。In view of the new situation of the expansion of higher vocational education,this paper carries out the investigation of students’situation,takes how to cultivate contemporary craftsmen as the main line,and integrates the two themes of practicing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and cultivating the professional quality of the construction industry into the basic courses of the professional group to carry out the ideological and political design of the course.Teachers from schools,enterprises and teaching institutions jointly carry out the construction of curriculum resources and teaching implementation,and achieve the goal of strengthening the ideological and political education and value guidance after the enrollment expansion of vocational colleges.
