摘 要:目的探讨同伴教育对早产儿母亲育儿认知与心理状况的影响。方法选取240例早产儿母亲作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各120例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上由研究小组按照要求招募同伴教育者并进行培训,考核合格后采用小组活动、电话随访、微信群交流等形式参与从入院到出院后1个月的同伴教育健康教育服务。结果所有早产儿母亲均完成研究,干预后观察组早产儿母亲的育儿认知得分于高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论同伴教育能显著提高早产儿母亲育儿认知及正性情绪,改善早产儿母亲生活质量。Objective To explore the application of peer education on cognition and mental health of puerperae with preterm infants and evaluate its effects.Methods A total of 240 mothers of premature infants were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group recruited peer educators and conducted training by the research team as required.After passing the assessment,the experimental group used group activities,telephones,follow-ups and Wechat group communication to participate in peer education and health education services from admission to one month after dischange.Results All puerperae completed the study.The score of parenting knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of depression and anxiety were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Peer education can effectively improve puerperae ability and positive emotion,promote their quality of life.
