摘　　要：失眠和认知障碍之间存在着某种关系,但却没有形成一套统一的理论。目前,相关研究主要从记忆力、集中注意力、认知情感和执行功能4个方面对失眠的认知理论进行阐述,并在此基础上提出了3-P模型、睡眠干扰和睡眠解释过程相互作用的整合模型、维持认知模型和过度觉醒模型。本研究旨在从方法论、失眠的定义、认知障碍的评估方法3个角度去分析上述理论模型,并讨论相关理论和试验的不一致性,从而更好地了解当前失眠和认知障碍关系的研究现状,为后续进一步的研究提供参考。There exist a relationship between insomnia and cognitive impairment,which has not been formed as a unified theory.At present,the related studies mainly elaborate the cognitive theories of insomnia according to four factors:memory,concentration,cognitive emotion,and executive function.Based on the cognitive theories,the 3-P model,the integrated model of interaction between sleep disturbance and sleep interpretation process,the maintenance cognitive model,and the hyperarousal model have been proposed.In this paper,we aim to analyze the above theoretical models from the perspectives of methodology,definition of insomnia,and evaluation method of cognitive impairment.In addition,we discuss the inconsistencies between relevant theories and experiments.This paper can help us to better understand the current research status of the relationship between insomnia and cognitive impairment,and provide references for further research.
