摘 要:目的分析探讨慕课(Massive Open Online Courses,MOOC)教学模式与基于案例学习(case-based learning,CBL)的教学模式相结合在骨伤科手术学教学中的实践价值。方法选择广州中医药大学第二附属医院2016级、2017级中医骨伤学专业方向本科学生45名为教学对象,其中2016级22名采用传统教学方法的学生为对照组,2017级23名采用CBL+MOOC教学模式相结合教学方法的学生为观察组。对照组男生18名、女生4名,年龄(23.0±0.3)岁;观察组男生21名、女生2名,年龄(23.0±0.4)岁。采用理论考试及假骨实践操作为评价指标。结果观察组及对照组的学生理论及操作考试均合格。观察组的理论考试成绩[(89.42±5.75)分]比对照组[(82.80±8.28)分]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在课堂假骨实践操作上成绩[(92.16±3.89)分]明显优于对照组[(80.07±3.57)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以MOOC与CBL相结合的教学模式在骨伤科手术学中具有良好的教学效果,特别对于实践操作有明显的帮助,有利于学生在以后的实习与工作中获得更大的进步。Objective To analyze the practical value of Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC)teaching mode combined with case-based learning(CBL)in orthopedic surgery teaching.Methods Forty-five undergraduate students from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine majoring in orthopedics of 2016 and 2017 were selected as the teaching objects.Among them,22 students of 2016 were taught with traditional teaching methods(control group),and 23 students of 2017 were taught with CBL+MOOC teaching mode(observation group).There were 18 boys and 4 girls in the control group,aged(23.0±0.3)years;there were 21 boys and 2 girls in the observation group,aged(23.0±0.4)years.The theoretical examination and sham bone practice were used as the evaluation indexes.Results The students in the observation group and the control group passed the theoretical and operational tests.The score of theoretical examination of the observation group[(89.42±5.75)points]was higher than that of the control group[(82.80±8.28)points],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of sham bone practice of the observation group[(92.16±3.89)points]was significantly better than that of the control group[(80.07±3.57)points],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The teaching mode of MOOC combined with CBL has better teaching effect in orthopedic surgery teaching,especially for the practical operation,which is conducive to students'greater progress in the future practice and work.
