摘 要:目的:分析口腔正畸治疗中微种植体支抗的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2018年6月笔者医院口腔科收治的102例牙齿畸形患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。观察组采用微种植体支抗进行正畸治疗,对照组采用口外弓加强支抗正畸法进行治疗,两组均于矫治3个月时评估治疗效果。比较两组矫治前和矫治3个月时软硬组织指标、咀嚼功能及牙龈指标,观察两组矫治3个月时治疗成功率和矫治期间不良反应发生情况。结果:矫治3个月时,两组下唇凸度、上唇凸度、上齿槽座角(SNA)、上中切牙长轴与前颅底平面夹角(U1-SN)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)较矫治前降低,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与矫治前比较,矫治3个月时,两组上中切牙凸角差、咬合力、咀嚼效率、咀嚼功能评分较矫治前升高,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。矫治3个月时,观察组治疗成功率(96.08%)显著高于对照组(78.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。矫治期间,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微型种植体支抗对牙齿畸形患者进行正畸治疗,可有效改善患者软硬组织指标、咀嚼功能及牙龈指数,提高治疗成功率,同时安全性较好,具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microimplant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 102 patients requiring orthodontic treatment in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.The control group received orthodontic treatment with esrtuary bow reinforced anchorage orthodontic method,while the observation group was treated with microimplant anchorage orthodontic treatment.The treatment effect was evaluated at 3 months of correction in both groups.Soft and hard tissue indexes,masticatory function and gingival indexes were compared between the two groups before and 3 months of correction,and the success rate of treatment 3 months of correction and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results Compared with that before the rectification,two groups of lower lip on the crown,the crown,upper lip tooth angle(SNA),middle incisor before long axis and the base plane angle(U1-SN),upper and lower tooth groove angle(ANB),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)in the two groups reduced 3 months of correction,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with that before the rectification,the convex angle,bite force,masticatory efficiency and masticatory function of upper central incisors in the two groups increased after 3 months of treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).3 months of correction,the treatment success rate of the observation group(96.08%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.43%,P<0.05).During the correction,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microimplant anchorage could effectively improve the soft and hard
