归神汤加减联合阿立哌唑片治疗心脾两虚型精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察归神汤加减联合阿立哌唑片治疗心脾两虚型精神分裂症的疗效。方法:纳入86例心脾两虚型精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分为2组各43例。2组均服用阿立哌唑片,观察组加予归神汤加减方内服,2组均连续治疗3个月。治疗前、治疗3个月后评定阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分,检测血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及白细胞介素(IL)-6水平。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组PANSS阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分与SPBS身体因素、情感因素、经济因素评分均较治疗前减少(P<0.01),观察组6项评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组血清TNF-α及IL-6水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:归神汤加减联合阿立哌唑片治疗心脾两虚型精神分裂症疗效明显,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善其心理健康水平,减轻神经细胞炎症损伤程度。Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified Guishen tang combined with aripiprazole tablets for schizophrenia of heart-spleen deficiency type. Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with schizophrenia of heart-spleen deficiency type were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with aripiprazole tablets,and the observation group was additionally given oral administration of modified Guishen tang. Both groups were treated for three months. Before treatment and after three-month treatment,the scores of Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS) and Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS) were evaluated,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-6 in serum were detected. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results: After three-month treatment, the total effective rate of clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of positive symptoms, negative symptoms and general psychopathology in PANSS as well as physical element,affective factors,economic factors in SPBS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the above six scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Modified Guishen tang combined with aripiprazole tablets has significant curative effect in treating schizophrenia of heart-spleen deficiency type, and can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve mental health and reduce the degree of inflammatory injury of nerve cells.
