滋阴舒筋散联合柔筋点穴治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究滋阴舒筋散联合柔筋点穴治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫临床效果。方法:选取74例痉挛型小儿脑瘫患者进行分组研究,按照信封法分为2组各37例。对照组采用常规康复训练,研究组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用滋阴舒筋散联合柔筋点穴治疗。治疗3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,比较2组临床疗效、运动功能以及肌力改善程度。结果:治疗后,研究组粗大运动功能(GMFM)量表评分、精细运动功能(FMFM)量表评分、Peabody精细运动发育量表(PDMS-FM)评分、Ashworth量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医临床疗效总有效率研究组91.89%,高于对照组78.38%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴舒筋散联合柔筋点穴法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫有增效作用,能有效改善患儿肌力,恢复运动功能。Objective: To study the clinical effect of Ziyin Shujin powder combined with relaxing sinews and pressing points for spastic cerebral palsy in children. Methods:A total of 74 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into two groups according to the envelope method,37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the study group was additionally treated with Ziyin Shujin powder combined with relaxing sinews and pressing points based on the treatment plan of the control group,with three months being a course of treatment. After two courses,the improvement of clinical effect,motor function and muscle strength in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM), Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM), Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor(PDMS FM) and Ashworth scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of Chinese medicine clinical effect was 91.89%in the study group,higher than that of 78.38% in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Ziyin Shujin powder combined with relaxing sinews and pressing points has a synergistic effect in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children,which can effectively improve their muscle strength and restore motor function.
