摘  要:应用基于双目结构光原理的桌面三维扫描仪,对多种形状和类别的宝石进行多次体积测定,并根据电子分析天平称取的样品质量获得每件样品多次测量的密度值。每件样品多次测量的密度值均落在国家标准中的该样品所属宝石类别的密度区间内,表明该方法的准确性。该方法不稳定因素较少,通过数据分析比较发现,总体稳定性明显高于传统的宝石密度测定所使用的净水称重法。此外,由于三维扫描仪的扫描区域比较大,可以测定的样品体积和质量会比传统的净水称重法使用的密度天平大得多。The method of this paper performs multiple volumetric measurements to multiple gems with multiple shapes using a desktop three-dimensional scanner based on the binocular structure light principle,and further obtains multiple density values of each sample according to the sample mass weighed from the electronic analysis balance.The density value of each sample falls within the density range of gemstone category listed in the national standard,indicating the accuracy of the proposed method.This method has less unstable factors,and the data comparison has found that the overall stability of this paper’s method is much higher than that of the traditional water purification weighing method used by traditional gem density detection.Moreover,due to the large scanning area of the desktop 3D scanner,the volume and mass which can be measured by this paper’s method can be much larger than the density balance often used by the conventional weighing in purified water method.
