摘  要:建立测定预熔型精炼渣中二氧化钛的二安替比林甲烷分光光度法。样品采用氢氟酸-盐酸-高氯酸分解,在盐酸介质中,加入抗坏血酸消除干扰,用二安替比林甲烷显色-分光光度计测定二氧化钛。二氧化钛的质量浓度在0.20~2.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为1.0000,检出限为0.026μg/mL。12次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.01%~2.80%,加标回收率为98.45%~100.58%。用该方法测定GBW(E)010213精炼渣成分分析标准物质,测定结果的相对偏差为0.49%。该方法适用于预熔型精炼渣中二氧化钛的测定。A diantipyrine methane spectrophotometric method for the determination of titanium dioxide in premelted refining slag was established.The sample was decomposed by hydrofluoric acid,hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid.In hydrochloric acid medium,ascorbic acid was added to eliminate interference.Titanium dioxide was determined by diantipyrine methane color-spectrophotometer.The mass concentration of titanium dioxide had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0.20-2.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 1.0000,and the detection limit was 0.026μg/mL.The relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.01%-2.80%(n=12),and the recoveries were 98.45%-100.58%.The relative deviation of GBW(E)010213 refining slag was 0.49%.The method is suitable for determination of titanium dioxide in pre-melted refining slag.
