摘　　要：创新性应用型人才的培养是地方性本科院校人才培养的目标和导向,实验实践教学是培养具有创新素质应用型人才的重要环节,开放式教学模式被认为是培养创新性应用型人才的良好途径。文章对植物组织培养实训的课程性质和特点、该课程实施开放式教学模式的基础、实施开放式教学模式的举措、取得的初步成效和存在的问题以及改进之处进行了概述,以期为地方应用型本科院校创新性应用型人才的培养提供一定参考。The cultivation of innovative and applied talents is the goal and orientation of talent training in local application-oriented colleges.Experimental and practical teaching is an important link in cultivating innovative and applied talents.Open teaching mode is a good way to cultivate innovative and applied talents.This paper discussed the nature and characteristics,the basis for the implementation of the open teaching model,the measures to implement the open teaching model,the preliminary results achieved,the existing problems and the improvements in the course of"Plant tissue training"in the hope of providing some reference for the cultivation of innovative applied talents local application-oriented colleges.
