摘　　要：通过金氏脉学中的涩搏、弱搏、冲搏、断搏诊断慢性胃炎的类型,探讨用脉诊的方法诊断慢性胃炎的临床意义。运用金氏脉学的数学模型公式计算并确定了慢性胃炎的确诊概率。表明金氏脉学是对传统脉学的创新和发展,在临床上用金氏脉学的脉诊诊断疾病具有一定的价值。The types of chronic gastritis were diagnosed by the astringent pulse,weak pulse,impulse pulse and pulse breaking in Jin’s pulse,and to explore the clinical significance of pulse diagnosis for chronic gastritis.The mathematical model formula of Jin’s pulse was used to calculate and determine the diagnosis probability of chronic gastritis.It shows that Jin’s pulse diagnosis is the innovation and development of traditional pulse,and it has certain clinical value in clinical diagnosis of diseases.
