摘 要:试验探讨黄粉虫代替鱼粉对锦鲤肝脏和血浆生化指标及抗炎因子的影响。选取360尾平均体重(55.49±2.28)g、体长(114.13±4.06)cm的锦鲤,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾锦鲤。各组黄粉虫替代鱼粉比例为0(G1组)、20%(G2组)、40%(G3组)、60%(G4组)、80%(G5组)、100%(G6组)。饲喂56 d。结果显示,肝脏中,G2组碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05);血浆中,G2组AKP活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05),G3组ACP活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05);血浆及肝脏中,G1组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活力显著高于其他组(P<0.05);血浆中,G3组溶菌酶(LZM)的活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。肝脏和血浆中,G1、G2组过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);血浆中,G2组的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于G1组(P<0.05),显著高于G3、G4、G5、G6组(P<0.05);血浆和肝脏中,G2组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性最高。随着黄粉虫替代鱼粉增加,血浆中的补体C3受体(C3a)、补体C5a受体(C5aR)活力和血浆前列腺素F2a(PGF2a)含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。研究表明,黄粉虫替代鱼粉的适宜比例为20%~40%。The experiment studied the effect of Tenebrio molitor instead of fish meal on biochemical indexes and antiinflammatory factors of liver and plasma of koi carp.360 koi carp with average body weight(55.49±2.28)g and body length(114.13±4.06)cm were selected and randomly divided into six groups with three replicates in each group and20 koi carp in each replicates.The proportion of replacing fish meal by Tenebrio molitor was 0(group G1),20%(group G2),40%(group G3),60%(group G4),80%(group G5)and 100%(group G6).The results showed that the activities of AKP and ACP in liver of group G2 were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).Plasma AKP activity in group G2 was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),ACP activity in group G3 was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The ALT activity in plasma and liver of group G1 was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).Plasma lysozyme LZM activity in group G3 was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The CAT and SOD activity in liver and plasma of group G1 and group G2 were significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).MDA content in G2 group was significantly lower than that in G1 group(P<0.05),and significantly higher than that in G3,G4,G5 and G6 groups(P<0.05).In plasma and liver,the GSH-Px activity in group G2 was highest.With the substitution of fish meal by mealworm,plasma C3 a,C5 aR and PGF2 a levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the replacement ratio of yellow mealworm for fish meal should be 20%~40%.
