摘 要:冰箱温控器设计开发和生产制造过程中,环境应力筛选是确保其可靠性的一种必要手段。本文通过对冰箱温控器施加温度循环应力和随机振动应力,并建立温度循环和随机振动应力筛选能力数学模型,分析导致温控器早期失效的主要因素是波纹管材质和感温管焊接可靠性。针对影响因素提出设计解决方案并进行验证,使温控器入厂检验合格率达到99%以上,同时提高温控器的长期使用可靠性。Refrigerator temperature controller design and development and manufacturing process,environmental stress screening is a necessary means to ensure its reliability.In this paper,temperature cycle stress and random vibration stress are applied to the refrigerator temperature controller,the mathematical models of temperature cycle and random vibration stress screening capacity were established,the main factors that lead to the early failure of temperature controller are the material of bellows and the welding reliability of temperature sensor.Deign solutions are proposed and verified according to the influencing factors,make the temperature controller into the factory inspection pass rate reached more than 99%,at the same tine,improve the long-term reliability of temperature controller.
