中西医结合治疗继发性腓总神经损伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合的方法治疗继发性腓总神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2019年1月在盐城市中医院住院的相关继发性腓总神经损伤的患者30例,中药采用补阳还五汤和活络效灵丹基础上加减,甲钴胺胶囊口服,甲钴胺注射液0.5 mg静滴,艾灸和适量的胆南星和黄芪1∶1的比例予以黄酒及香醋调配贴敷,连用2周为一个疗程。结果30例神经损伤症状全部改善,患肢感觉,走路恢复正常,其中1个疗程以内恢复者15例,2个疗程10例,3个疗程5例。结论中西医结合多种方式治疗继发性腓总神经损伤,疗效尚可,具有安全、经济、无不良作用的特点。Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of the treatment of secondary common peroneal nerve injury with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 30 patients with secondary peroneal nerve injury admitted to Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected.Chinese medicines are Buyang Huanwu decoction and Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pills.Methobalamin capsule is taken orally,and Methobalamin injection is 0.5 mg intravenously.moxibustion and the right amount of bravery south star and astragalus membranaceus 1∶1 ratio of rice wine and balsamic vinegar mixing were applied,and 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Results The symptoms of nerve injury were all improved,the sensation of affected limb was improved,and the walking was normal,among which 15 cases recovered within one course of treatment,10 cases of 2 courses of treatment,and 5 cases of 3 courses of treatment.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of secondary common peroneal nerve injury is effective and has the characteristics of safety,economy and no adverse effects.
