新时代特色民宿之取精用弘——基于恩施少数民族区域民宿现状调研的鄂西民宿设计创新研究

摘　　要：新冠疫情防控趋于常态化,各地旅游业也随之复兴,民宿业发展持续回暖。鄂西地区作为少数民族的聚集地之一,分布着各具特色的传统民居。如何契合新时代可持续发展理念,通过创新设计以活化传统民居为新型民宿,引发了设计师与民宿经营者的关注。文章通过对湖北恩施民宿的调研,梳理当地民宿现状与经营方式,剖析其主要问题,以供当地民宿设计创新与发展参考借鉴。The prevention and control of the new crown epidemic has become normalized,and the tourism industry in various places has also been revived,and the development of the homestay industry has continued to recover.As a gathering place of ethnic minorities,western Hubei has its own traditional houses.How to fit the concept of sustainable development in the new era,through innovative design to activate the traditional residential as a new type of residential,triggered the attention of designers and residential operators.Through the investigation of Enshi residential accommodation in Hubei Province,this paper combs the present situation and management mode of local residential accommodation,and analyzes its main problems for reference for the innovation and development of local residential design.
