摘 要:菌群失调与肿瘤发生发展密切相关,如肠道菌群与结肠癌,口腔菌群与口腔肿瘤。肺癌是目前最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近来研究发现下呼吸道菌群可能通过改变肺部炎症、免疫、代谢微环境等影响肺癌的发生发展及治疗效果。本综述就下呼吸道菌群失调与肺癌发生发展相关的近年研究进行分析,以期为今后探索肺癌诊治新策略提供新的方向。Disruption of the symbiotic balance of the human microbiome is closely related to neoplasms such as intestinal flora and colon cancer,oral flora and oral tumors.The incidence and mortality of lung cancer are the highest among all malignancies.Emerging evidence has suggested that the lower respiratory tract flora may be closely related to lung cancer at multiple levels by affecting inflammation,immune or metabolic microenvironment.This review summarized current research findings describing relevance of lower respiratory tract flora and lung cancer.A better knowledge of the interplay between the lower respiratory tract flora and lung cancer may promote the development of innovative strategies for diagnosis and treatment in lung cancer.
