摘 要:随着我国高校人均能源消耗量不断上升,推行用能定额指标管理、提升校院全员节能意识对创建绿色节约型校园有着重要意义。公共建筑节能管理工作应从总量控制角度出发,基于校园能源监测平台的用能数据,采用定额水平法对天津某高校的建筑能耗情况进行定额水平分析,研究北方气候下典型高校的建筑用能特点,分校区、分时段研究其各类别建筑的能耗定额方案,为同水平高校建筑能耗定额标准的研究和制定提供参考。结合该高校建筑年代、建筑物理热工特性、制冷供暖设备选型情况,通过数据分析发现建筑能耗样本呈对数正态分布,并通过数据计算得到类别化建筑的能耗定额水平表。As the per capita energy consumption of colleges and universities in China rises,the implementation of the management of energy quotas is of great significance for the creation of a green and economical campus.The management of building energy saving should be based on total amount control.According to the energy consumption data of campus from the energy consumption supervision platform,the quota level method is used to analyze the energy consumption of a university in Tianjin,the energy consumption characteristics of a typical university in the northern climate are studied.Studying the energy consumption quota scheme of buildings in the university by classification can be used as a reference for the formulation of energy consumption quota in other similar universities.Combining with the age,physical and thermal characteristics,refrigeration and heating equipment of the buildings in the university,the lognormal distribution of building energy consumption samples is found through data analysis,and the energy consumption quota level table of classified buildings is obtained based on data calculation.
