摘　　要：女子院校作为我国高等教育体系中特殊而重要的组成部分,在“双一流”建设中既面临机遇,又遭受挑战。从教育生态学视角出发,找准生态位是高校生存的核心命题,实施生态位战略是其可持续发展的必然选择,生态位理论可作为探讨女子院校发展的逻辑起点。从时空生态位、功能生态位和资源生态位三个维度对我国女子院校生态位现状进行全面分析,提出女子院校可以借助生态位分离策略、扩充策略和协同进化策略来明确定位和彰显特色,打造核心竞争力,以实现“双一流”建设背景下的新发展。As a special and important part of Chinese higher education system,women's colleges face both opportunities and challenges in the"double first-class"construction.From the perspective of educational ecology,finding the niche is the core proposition for the survival of universities,and implementing the niche strategy is an inevitable choice for universities'sustainable development,and as well,the niche theory can be used as a logical starting point for exploring the development of women's colleges.We can decompose the current niche of women's colleges based on three dimensions—the space-time niche,functional niche and resource niche,according to which,women's colleges and universities should adopt niche separation strategies,expansion strategies and co-evolution strategies to clarify their positioning,highlight their characteristics,and build core competitiveness to achieve leapfrog development under the background of"double first-class"construction.
