摘  要:随着水利水电技术的快速发展,泄洪表孔孔口尺寸不断增大,液压启闭机的行程和容量亦随之加大,因此,有必要对长行程大容量液压启闭机进行研究以满足工程实际需求。结合巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站泄洪表孔弧门液压启闭机的实际布置情况,利用数值分析方法和Mathcad计算软件,分析了上铰点的位置对液压启闭机设计的影响,优化了液压启闭机的行程和容量;创新性地采用了行程大于8 m的静磁珊位移传感器,分析了长行程传感器存在的问题,并运用预拱和加大截面等方法,避免了由于传感器自身变形引起的误差,扩大了静磁栅位移传感器的应用范围。长行程大容量液压启闭机的研究成果在卡洛特水电站的成功应用对其他工程的设计和应用具有一定参考价值。With the rapid development of water conservancy and hydropower technology,the outlet size of spillway is increasing so as the stroke and capacity of the hydraulic hoist of spillway.So,the research of long-stroke and large-capacity hydraulic hoist is necessary to meet engineering requirement.Based on the actual layout of the hy⁃draulic hoist for the radial gate of the spillway outlet of Karot Hydropower Station in Pakistan,the influence of the position of the upper hinge point on the design of hydraulic hoist is analyzed by using numerical analysis method and Mathcad software,the stroke and capacity of the hydraulic hoist are optimized.Stroke sensor with a stroke great⁃er than 8m is adopted and the problems of long-stroke sensors is analyzed.The error caused by the deformation of the sensor itself is avoided by means of pre-arch and enlarged-crosssection which expands the scope of application of the sensor.The application of the research results of the long-stroke and large-capacity hydraulic hoist in Karot Hydropower Station has a good reference value for the design and application of other projects.
