盐酸硫必利片联合乌灵胶囊治疗酒精性精神障碍的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨盐酸硫必利片联合乌灵胶囊治疗酒精性精神障碍的临床疗效。【方法】选取2017年3月至2020年7月本院收治的86例酒精性精神障碍患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(采用盐酸硫必利片联合乌灵胶囊治疗)和对照组(采用盐酸硫必利片治疗),每组各43例。比较两组疗效,阳性与阴性综合征量表评分(PANSS)、抑郁(SDS)、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、P300参数及安全性。【结果】观察组总有效率为90.70%(39/43),高于对照组的72.09%(31/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.914,P=0.027<0.05)。治疗后,两组PANSS阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状评分及SDS评分、SAS评分低于治疗前.且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组P300参数N1、N2、P3潜伏期低于治疗前,N1、N2、P3波幅高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组P300参数N1、N2、P3潜伏期低于对照组,N1、N2、P3波幅高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为2.33%(1/43),低于对照组的9.30%(4/43),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.849,P=0.357>0.05)。【结论】盐酸硫必利片联合乌灵胶囊治疗酒精性精神障碍疗效显著,可减轻焦虑、抑郁症状,且安全性良好。【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of tiapride hydrochloride tablets combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of alcoholic mental disorder.【Methods】A total of 86 patients with alcoholic mental disorders treated in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2020 was randomly divided into observation group(treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets combined with Wuling capsule)and control group(treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets),with 43 cases in each group.The efficacy,positive and Negative Syndrome Scale score(PANSS),depression(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale score(SAS),P300 parameters and safety were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%(39/43),which was higher than 72.09%(31/43)of the control group(χ^(2)=4.914,P=0.027<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PANSS positive symptoms,negative vsymptoms,general psychopatho-logical symptoms,SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The latency of P300 parameters N1,N2 and P3 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the amplitudes of N1,N2 and P3 were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The latency of P300 parameters Nl,N2 and P3 in the obser vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the amplitudes of N1,N2 and P3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%(1/43),which was lower than 9.30%(4/43)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.849,P=0.357>0.05).【Conclusion】Tiapride hydrochloride tablets combined with Wuling capsule is effective in the treatment of alcoholic mental disorder,can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression,and has good safety.
