弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者DKK-1、βcatenin、Caspase3蛋白表达水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)悲者DKK-1、β--catenin、caspase 3蛋白的表达情况及其影响因素。【方法】选取在本院接受治疗的DLBCL患者60例为研究对象。观察患者癌组织和癌旁组织DKK-1、β--catenin、caspase3蛋白表达情况。并分析其影响因素。【结果】DLBCL患者癌组织DKK-1、β-catenin、caspase3蛋白阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织。且差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。临床分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、体能状态(PS)评分为≥2分、异柠檬酸脱氨酶(IDH)水平升高、国际预后指数(IPI)高危的DLBCI,患者DKK-1、β-catenin,caspase 3阳性表达率较高(P<0.05);不同年龄,性别患者的DKK-1、β-catenin,caspase3阳性表达率相比较差异无显著性(均P>0.05)。多因素Logistica回归分析结果显示临床分期、IDH是影响DLBCL患者DKK-1、β-catenin、caspase3表达的因素(OR=4.865,5.013)。【结论】弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者DKK-1、β-catenin、caspase 3蛋白阳性表达率较高。且受临床分期和IDH的影响。【Objective】To observe the expression of DKK-1,β-catenin and caspase 3 in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and analyze the influencing factors.【Metliods】The patients with DLBCL who were treated in our hospital from Fecbruary 2014 to August 2019 were enrolled.The expressions of DKK 1,β-catenin and caspase 3 in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues of patients with DLBCL were detected and their effects were analyzed.【Results】The positive expression rates of DKK-1,β-catenin and caspase 3 in cancer tissues of DLBCL patients were.significantly higher than those in cancer adjacent tissues.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical stage in Ⅲ+Ⅳ,PS score>2,and IDH increased.The positive expression rates of DKK-1,β-catenin and caspase 3 in DLBCL patients with clinical stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ,PS(performance status)score≥2,high IDH(isocitrate dehydrogenase),and high risk of IPI(international prognostic index)were much higher(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive expres sion rates of DKK 1,p-catenin and caspase 3 in patients with different ages and genders.DKK patients with DLBCL 1.Multivariate logistica repression showed that clinical stage and IDH were the factors that affected the expression of DKK-1,p-catenin and caspase 3 expression in DLBCL patients(OR=4.865,5.013).【Conclusion】The positive expression rates of DKK-1,β-catenin and caspase 3 in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are high,which are affected by clinical stage and IDH.
