摘　　要：目的:研究间歇性管饲联合迷走神经电刺激治疗对脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的影响。方法:将78例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者随机分为试验组和对照组各39例,均接受常规康复治疗,试验组则在此基础上进行间歇性管饲联合迷走神经电刺激治疗,4周后进行GUSS吞咽功能评估量表(Gugging Swallowing Screen,GUSS)、标准吞咽功能评定量表(Standardized Swallowing Assessment,SSA)、功能性经口进食量表(Functional Oral Intake Scale,FOIS)评估,并观察吸入性肺炎发生情况。结果:试验组GUSS、SSA和FOIS评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组吸入性肺炎发生率为5.1%,低于对照组的35.9%(P<0.05)。结论:间歇性管饲联合迷走神经电刺激可以改善脑梗死患者的吞咽功能和营养,减少吸入性肺炎的发生。Objective:To study the effect of intermittent tube feeding combined with vagus nerve electrical stimulation on dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:78 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 39 patients in each group receiving routine rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with intermittent tube feeding combined with vagus nerve electrical stimulation.After 4 weeks,GUSS swallowing screen(GUSS)and standardized swallowing assessment were performed,SSA)and functional oral intake scale(FOIS),and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was observed.Results:The improvement of GUSS,SSA and FOIS scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the experimental group was 5.1%,lower than 35.9%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intermittent tube feeding combined with vagus nerve electrical stimulation can improve the swallowing function and nutrition of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
