摘 要:针对某半主动式小型激光导引头,提出了利用无人机开展挂飞试验的试飞方案。将导引头改装至机头部位,以无人机测控系统为基础构建了导引头综合联试平台,无人机携带导引头按照预先规划的航线程控飞行。论述了无人机改装方案和试飞应用情况,给出了导引头探测/盲区距离及动态性能评估方法。试飞结果表明:基于无人机自主导航和飞行控制技术,通过比较计算得到的相关参数和导引头的输出,能够有效地考核与评估其探测距离和视线角精度等指标。实测挂飞数据验证了所提方法的有效性,适合在小型导引头挂飞试验中推广使用。Aiming at a semi-active small laser seeker, a new program of flight experimentation based on UAV was put forward. In which, the seeker was refitted to the nose of the UAV. After that, based on the UAV measurement and control system, an integrated platform of the seeker was constructed. Then the UAV with the seeker on its nose flied along a pre-planned flight path. This paper discusses the refitting scheme and flight test application of UAV. Besides, methods for evaluating the blind zone distance of seeker detection, relative velocity as well as aspect angle based on GPS and AHRS are presented. Results of the flight test show that, Based on the autonomous navigation and flight control technology of UAV, by comparing the calculated relevant parameters and the output of the seeker,The test method of UAV flying small seeker has high efficiency and cost, and can effectively assess and evaluate its detection distance and line of sight angle accuracy. It is suitable to be popularized in the flight test of small seeker.
