基于“元气论”探析慢性肺疾病的中医药防治策略

摘　　要：元气论始于《难经》,其理论基础丰厚。元气是推动人体生长发育最根本、最重要的气,是维持人体生命活动的原始动力。肺与元气关系紧密肺脏可以推动元气的运行,促进元气的生成,元气充实亦可以提高肺脏免疫力,抵抗外邪入侵,促进慢性肺疾病的康复。元气亏虚、肺气虚痿是慢性肺疾病发病的病机基础;元气亏虚,卫外不固,外邪侵袭是慢性肺疾病发病的重要环节。治疗当以培元固本以扶正为根本治法,纠正机体邪盛正衰正胜则邪退,元气实可使脏腑调和,肺宣降功能恢复,则肺气可通。The theory of"Yuan Qi"originated fromNan Jing,which has a rich theoretical foundation.Yuan Qi is the most fundamental and important energy to promote the growth and development of human body,and the original power to maintain human life activities.There is a close relationship between lung and Yuan Qi.Lung can promote the operation of Yuan Qi and promote its generation.Yuan Qi can also improve the immunity of lung resist the invasion of exogenous evil,and promote the rehabilitation of chronic lung disease.Deficiency of Yuan Qi,unsolid outside the body and invasion of external evil are important links in the pathogenesis of chronic lung disease.The treatment should be based on cultivating the Yuan Qi and consolidating the foundation,and supporting the right as the fundamental treatment,so as to correct the body’s evil prosperity and decline,the positive victory will lead to the regression of evil,the excess of Yuan Qi can also reconcile the viscera,the lung’s function of propaganda and descent can be restored,and the lung qi can be unblocked.
