摘　　要：我国知识产权总体发展水平提升,专利实施状况整体向好,但高校专利实施率不高。文章基于《2019年中国专利调查报告》数据提出要从完善政策法规、健全管理制度、设立转化平台、尝试新的成果推介与对接模式及发挥高校知识产权信息服务中心的作用等方面着手,促进我国高校专利实施率提升。The overall development level of intellectual property in China has been improved, and the patent implementation status is generally better, but the patent implementation rate in colleges and universities is not high. Based on the data of 2019 China Patent Investigation Report, this paper proposes that so as to promote the patent implementation rate of colleges and universities, we should improve policies and regulations, improve management system, set up transformation platform, try new achievements promotion and docking mode and play the role of university intellectual property service center, etc.
