摘 要:目的探讨多模块插件式围手术期应急事件管理训练系统的可行性。方法选取麻醉专业大五实习生和护理专业实习生各30名,随机分成两组。对照组采用传统模式,教师课件讲解,布置作业,课后讲评的方式教学。观察组采用在模拟情景下多模块插件式围手术期应急事件管理训练系统进行教学。培训均为10课时。比较两组的考核成绩以及满意度。结果共完成考核60名。观察组成绩在基础知识考核,操作技能考核和综合应用考核中,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多模块插件式围手术期应急事件管理训练系统能调动学生的主动学习积极性,提高教学质量。Objective To explore the feasibility of multi-module plug-in training system of perioperative emergency incident.Methods 60 medical college students selected from anesthesiology and nursing were divided into the control group and the the observation group.The students in the control group used in traditional mode,PPT,homework,question.The students in the observation group used multi-module plug-in training system of perioperative emergency incident in the simulation scenario.All the students were trained for 10 hours.Compare the assessment results and satisfaction of study.Results A total of 60 cases completed the study.The students in the observation group achieve in basic knowledge,operating skill and comprehensive assessment,and were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Using multiple module plug-in training system of perioperative emergency incident can arouse the enthusiasm of the students'active learning,and improve the quality of teaching.
