摘  要:目的对诊断学全身体格检查技能考核进行分析及提供对策。方法以2018年9月—2019年1月为研究时间段,选取临床医学、医学影像学、麻醉医学3个本科(5年制)专业学生,其中临床医学495名、医学影像学119名、麻醉医学60名。教学实施:共28学时,教学内容包括:全身体格检查、异常心肺腹体格检查、自主学习。全身体格检查部分教学实施:实训分组,15~23名/组,小组授课,以一对一互相查体方式进行,然后对其教学成果进行考核。结果文章对临床医学、医学影像学、麻醉医学3个本科专业学生全身体格检查考核结果分析,结果显示本次全身体格检查考核成绩优良率为93.00%,操作欠规范是考核中最常见的问题,其次为缺乏人文关怀,其他包括形式主义、考试紧张等。结论总结教学经验,我们教学中需要规范教学手法,注重难点,强化细节,将人文关怀的教育贯穿教学全过程,适当采用多形式的教学方法,提高教学质量。Objective To analyze and provide countermeasures for the skill examination of diagnostic general physical examination.Methods From September 2018 to January 2019,three undergraduate(5-year)majors in clinical medicine,medical imaging,and anesthesiology were selected,including 495 in clinical medicine,119 in medical imaging,60 people in anesthesiology.Teaching implementation:A total of 28 hours,the teaching content includes:full physical examination,abnormal cardiopulmonary abdominal physical examination,and independent learning.The whole physical examination part of the teaching implementation:training groups,15~23 people per group,group teaching,one-to-one mutual physical examination,and then the teaching results are assessed.Results We analyzed the results of the full physical examination of three undergraduate majors in clinical medicine,medical imaging,and anesthesiology.The results showed that the overall physical examination had an excellent rate of 93.00%,and poor operation was the most common problem in the assessment.Followed by the lack of humanistic care,others include formalism,tight examinations and so on.Conclusion Summarizing teaching experience,we need to standardize teaching methods,pay attention to difficulties,strengthen details,integrate humanistic care education throughout the entire teaching process,and appropriately adopt multi-form teaching methods to improve teaching quality.
