摘 要:目的分析在护理学生的临床实习过程中应用系统化临床护理教学管理的作用。方法以本院在2019年5月—2020年5月接收的90名临床护理实习生作为研究样本,所有实习生经随机抽样法均分为两组,即实验组(45名)与对照组(45名),其中实验组应用系统化临床护理教学管理方式,对照组应用常规教学管理方式,实习结束后,对比两组实习生的教学效果,即实习生的理论知识、护患沟通技巧、护理文书书写以及操作技能,对比两组实习生对教学质量的满意度。结果实验组实习生的教学效果与对教学质量的满意度均明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理学生的临床实习过程中应用系统化临床护理教学管理,可以显著提升实习生的学习效果,同时提升实习生对临床教学的质量的满意度,对提升医院护理水平具有一定的作用。Objective To analyze the role of systematic clinical nursing teaching management in the clinical practice of nursing students.Methods Taking 90 clinical nursing interns received by our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 as the research sample,all interns were randomly sampled into two groups,namely the experimental group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The experimental group applied systematic clinical nursing teaching and management methods,and the control group applied conventional teaching management methods.After the internship,the teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared,that is,the interns'theoretical knowledge,nurse-patient communication skills,Nursing document writing and operating skills were compared with the two groups of interns’satisfaction with the quality of teaching.Results The teaching effect and satisfaction of the experimental group of interns were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic clinical nursing teaching management in the clinical practice of nursing students can significantly improve the learning effect of the trainees,and at the same time improve the satisfaction of the trainees with the quality of clinical teaching,which has a certain effect on improving the hospital nursing level.
