毕业后医学教育模拟教学研究热点与趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国毕业后医学教育模拟教学领域的研究现状、热点与发展趋势,梳理知识结构,为毕业后医学教育模拟教学的实践与研究提供支持。方法检索中国知网2014年10月-2020年12月发表的毕业后医学教育模拟教学相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入516篇相关文献,文献发表量迅速增加,研究力量主要集中在医学院附属医院,12.57%的论文获得基金项目支持;通过关键词统计分析,得到情景模拟教学等研究热点;形成了10个聚类研究方向。结论模拟教学在毕业后医学教育研究和探索还有待深入,跨机构、多学科的合作网络需要加强,促进模拟设备和软件的研发,加强模拟教学内涵建设,创新毕业后医学教育模拟教学的培养模式,促进毕业后医学教育的发展和培训质量。Objective To analyze the research status,hot spots and development trends in the field of simulation teaching in postgraduate medical education,and sort out the knowledge structure to provide support for the practice and research of simulation teaching in postgraduate medical education.Methods The relevant literature on simulation teaching in postgraduate medical education published by CNKI from Oct.2014 to Dec.2020 were researched,and related articles received the visualization analysis with CiteSpace.Results A total of 516 literature were included,and the number of papers published increased year by year.The research power is mainly concentrated in the affiliated hospitals of the medical schools,and 12.57%of the literature are supported by fund projects.Through keyword statistical analysis,research hotspots such as scenario simulation teaching are obtained.The keywords were clustered to form 10 keywords cluster label.Conclusions The research of simulation teaching in postgraduate medical education needs to be further in-depth.The cooperation among institutional and inter-academic institutions needs to be strengthened,to promote the research and development of simulation equipment and software,strengthen the construction of simulation teaching content,innovate the training model of medical education simulation teaching after graduation,and promote the development and the quality of postgraduate medical education.
