摘  要:对国产柚木地热地板用材进行热处理,研究不同热处理工艺对地板用材表面颜色、尺寸稳定性和力学强度的影响,通过分析对比获得优化的热处理工艺。结果表明:热处理温度-时间为140℃-6 h和160℃-2 h时,木材颜色即改变明显;经140℃-6 h热处理后,木材的尺寸稳定性有明显改善;热处理温度为160~200℃时,木材的抗弯强度随着温度升高和时间延长(4 h,6 h)出现明显下降。经200℃-2 h热处理后,木材抗弯弹性模量明显提升,但与热处理时间呈负相关。总体来看,热处理工艺为180℃-2 h和140℃-6 h为国产柚木较优热处理工艺。研究结论可为国产柚木的热处理改性进一步研究及其在实木地热地板中的工业化应用提供借鉴。In this study,the effect of different heat treatment processes on the performance of domestic teak geothermal flooring materials were compared,including surface color,dimensional stability,and mechanical strength.The results showed that the color of wood changed significantly after treatment of temperature-time 140℃-6 h and 160℃-2 h.The dimensional stability of heat treatment material was significantly improved after treatment of temperature-time 140℃-6 h.For mechanical strength,during the heat treatment temperature 160~200℃,as the temperature increased and the time prolonged(4 h,6 h),the bending strength decreased significantly.The bending modulus of elasticity of wood after treatment of 200℃-2 h was significantly improved,but it was negatively correlated with the heat treatment time.In general,heat treatment processes 180℃-2 h,140℃-6 h were the better heat treatment processes of domestic teak under the test conditions.The conclusions of this study could provide a reference research on the heat treatment modification of domestic teak and its industrial application in solid wood geothermal flooring.
