摘 要:为解决活性炭在净化木制品涂装废气中挥发性有机物脱附再生时的安全问题,以粉状活性炭为研究对象,采用介电参数分析测试系统,研究了高频电场频率对空载和饱和吸附条件下活性炭介电参数的影响。结果表明:室温条件下,空载活性炭介电常数ε'和介电损耗ε''随频率增加分别呈指数和线性函数降低,损耗因子角正切tanδ与频率呈二次多项式函数关系,其最大值为15 MHz;在相同频率范围内,频率对饱和吸附苯蒸气活性炭的ε'和ε''值的影响表现出与空载活性炭相同的变化规律,与空载活性炭相比,饱和吸附苯蒸气活性炭的ε'和ε''均有不同程度的增加,ε'和ε''增幅分别为32.4%~36.8%和5.8%~46.1%;经分析计算得出,饱和吸附介质在介质损耗和频率两因素共同作用下的最佳加热温升频率为30 MHz。In order to solve the problem of safety during the regeneration of activated carbon,which were used to purify the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in exhaust from wood products coating,the effects of high frequency on the dielectric parameters of powdered activated carbon under no-load and saturated adsorption conditions were investigated by using a dielectric parameter analysis test system.The results showed that the dielectric constantε'and dielectric lossε''of the no-load activated carbon decreased exponentially and linearly with the increase of frequency at room temperature,and the relationship between the loss factor of angular tangent tanδand frequency is a quadratic polynomial function with the maximum value of 15 MHz.In the same frequency range,the effect of frequency on the values ofε'andε''of the saturated adsorption activated carbon of benzene vapor had the same variation pattern with that of the no-load activated carbon.Compared with the no-load activated carbon,ε'andε''of saturated benzene vapor adsorption activated carbon increased by 32.4%~36.8%and 5.8%~46.1%,respectively.The optimal heating temperature rise frequency of the saturated adsorption medium is calculated and analyzed under the combined effect of two factors of medium loss and frequency,optimal heating effect is at 30 MHz.
