摘  要:研究探讨食糖生产提高澄清质量技术改造的实践效果。针对9000 t/d高榨量生产和机收甘蔗顽性蔗汁条件下,澄清过程存在设备能力不足和安全隐患的高温燃烧型硫磺炉,技术改造升级为低温燃烧型环保高效汽化旋风式硫磺炉;对中和反应能力欠佳的卧式中和反应器,技术改造升级为撞击流中和反应器。项目运行结果显示,技术改造后设备性能、生产安全率及配套的安全、环保、职业病防护设施,均能满足项目设计的要求;澄清质量指标明显提升,假设检验的t检验和秩合检验显示,验证组硫熏强度、澄清汁色值、清混汁重力纯度差均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);终产品白砂糖指标中,验证组二氧化硫、电导灰分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。环保高效汽化旋风式硫磺炉和撞击流中和反应器技术改造项目,可满足高榨量生产要求,提高澄清质量和白砂糖品质,降低企业成本和提高企业经济效益。This paper discussed the practical effect of technological transformation to improve the quality of clarification in sugar production. Aiming at the high temperature combustion sulfur furnace with insufficient production capacity and hidden danger of equipment safety in the clarification process under the condition of high press production of 9000 t/d and the machine harvest of dense sugarcane juice, the technical transformation was upgraded to the low temperature combustion environmental protection and efficient vaporization whirlwind sulfur furnace. For the horizontal neutralization reactor with poor neutralization reaction capacity, the technology was upgraded to impingement flow neutralization reactor. The project operation results showed that the performance of technical equipment, production safety rate and supporting safety, environmental protection,occupational disease protection facilities could meet the design requirements of the project;The clarification quality indexes were significantly improved. The t-test and rank test of hypothesis test showed that the sulfur fuming intensity, color value of clarification juice and gravity purity difference of clear mixture juice in validation group were better than those in control group, with statistical significance(all P <0.05). In the white sugar index of the final product, the sulfur dioxide and conductance ash in the verification group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(all P <0.05). Environmental protection and high efficiency vaporization whirlwind sulfur furnace and impingement flow neutralization reactor technology renovation project, could meet the high pressure production requirements, improve the quality of clarification and white sugar, reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
