摘　　要：在介绍UNITANK污水处理工艺的特点与运行控制情况的基础上,详细叙述污水处理的设备、输入输出点数的分配、S7-200 SMART与其他品牌PLC相比具备的优点以及其选型,利用顺序控制和循环控制的程序编写实现系统的稳定运行,利用触摸屏、PLC在操作与控制的配合,实现一键运行,简化流程操作,使控制系统具备了操作简单、运行稳定的特点。Based on the introduction of the characteristics and operation control of UNITANK sewage treatment process,the equipment of sewage treatment,the distribution of input and output points,the advantages of S7-200 SMART compared with other PLC were introduced,the program of sequence control and cycle control was used to realize the stable operation of the system,the one-key operation was realized by the cooperation of touch screen and PLC in operation and control,and the process operation was simplified.The characteristics of the control system are simple operation and stable operation.
