摘 要:城市道路出于协调景观和交通警示的需要,常采用彩色路面.将露石混凝土路面和彩色路面结合起来,复合出抗滑性能优良又多彩的新型路面.在分析露石混凝土路面的研究与应用现状的基础上,提出了彩色露石混凝土实现方法;在对原材料技术性质测试的基础上,提出了彩色露石混凝土配合比设计;通过试验,确定了露石剂喷洒时间,重点研究了露石剂喷洒量及养护时间对刷洗时间的影响规律,结合露石效果、构造深度和摩擦系数测试,推荐了表面效果综合最佳的露石剂喷洒量;选取了有机、无机共4种颜料和3种粘结剂,通过试验确定了着色效果较佳的粘结剂及颜料组配方案.Urban roads often use colored pavements for the purpose of coordinating landscape and traffic warnings.In this paper,the combination of exposed stone concrete pavement and colored pavement creates a new type of pavement with excellent anti-sliding performance.Based on the analysis of the research and application status of the exposed concrete pavement,the realization method of colored stone concrete was put forward.On the basis of the test of the technical properties of the raw materials,the design of the color concrete mix ratio was proposed.The spraying time of the stone agent focuses on the influence of the spraying amount of the stone spraying agent and the curing time on the brushing time.Combined with the exposed stone effect,the structure depth and the friction coefficient test,the optimal surface amount of the exposed stone spray is recommended.Four kinds of pigments and three kinds of binders were tested,and the binder and pigment combination scheme with better coloring effect were determined through experiments.
