摘　　要：为了解决板材下料时坡口端面出现的缺肉、高低不平等缺陷的问题,研究了一种机械式自动调高装置。通过该装置,能够实现割炬喷嘴随着板材表面的高低起伏变化而一起运动,从而保证切割机的割炬喷嘴与板材之间的距离保持不变。通过实际应用证明,该装置操作性强、经济性好,能够保证板材的切割质量,具有极大的推广价值。In order to solve the defects of lack of meat and unequal height at the groove end face during plate blanking,a mechanical automatic height adjustment device is studied.Through the device,the cutting torch nozzle can follow up with the fluctuation of the plate surface,so as to ensure that the distance between the cutting torch nozzle of the cutting machine and the plate remains unchanged.The practical application shows that the device has strong operability and good economy,ensures the cutting quality of plates,and has great popularization value.
