摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞外基质蛋白含sushi重复蛋白X连锁2(sushi repeat containing protein X-linked 2,SRPX2)和淋巴结转移密度(lymph node metastasis density,ND)在乳腺癌中的临床意义及其相关性。方法:回顾性分析乳腺癌110例患者的临床病理资料,采用组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌组织中SRPX2蛋白的表达情况,分析SRPX2、ND与临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果:(1)乳腺癌组织中SRPX2高表达、ND>40%均与患者TNM分期及人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)的阳性表达呈正相关(rs=0.335、0.363、0.416、0.261,均P<0.05),与其他临床病理特征均无关(均P>0.05)。(2)乳腺癌组织中SRPX2高表达与ND>40%呈正相关(rs=0.494,P<0.05)。(3)Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析显示SRPX2蛋白表达越多及ND越高,患者的无瘤生存时间越短(P<0.05)。结论:细胞外基质蛋白SRPX2及ND与乳腺癌的侵袭和预后密切相关,联合检测SRPX2及ND对判断乳腺癌细胞的生物学行为和患者预后评估具有一定的价值。Objective:To explore the clinical significance and correlation of extracellular matrix protein sushi repeat containing protein X-linked 2(SRPX2)and lymph node metastasis density(ND)in breast cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 110 cases of breast cancer clinicopathological data,using tissue chip technology and immunohistochemistry methods to analyze the expression of SRPX2 protein in breast cancer tissues and the relationship between ND and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Results:(1)The high expression of SRPX2 and ND>40%in breast cancer tissues were positively correlated with the TNM stage and positive expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2)(rs=0.335,0.363,0.416,0.261,all P<0.05),it has nothing to do with other clinicopathological characteristics(P>0.05).(2)The high expression of SRPX2 in breast cancer tissue was positively correlated with ND>40%(rs=0.494,P<0.05).(3)Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the stronger the expression of SRPX2 protein and the higher the ND,the shorter the patient′s tumor-free survival time(P<0.05).Conclusion:The extracellular matrix proteins SRPX2 and ND are closely related to the invasion and prognosis of breast cancer.Combined detection is helpful to judge the biological behavior of breast cancer patients and has certain value in prognostic evaluation.
