摘　　要：作为担当民族复兴大任的大学生,网络道德建设关系到大学生自身的全面发展。面对大学生网络成瘾、网络失信、浏览不良网站、网络言行肆意等诸多网络道德失范问题,既需要一定的教育和熏陶,引导网络行为自律,也需要优化网络内容环境、健全网络法律法规,进而营造一个和谐健康的网络家园。As college students who are responsible for national rejuvenation,the construction of network morality is related to their overall development.In the face of college students’network morality anomies,such as network addiction,network dishonesty,bad website browsing,network words and deeds wanton and so on,it is necessary not only to educate the students and guide their self-discipline of network behavior,but also to optimize the network content environment and perfect the network laws and regulations,so as to build a harmonious and healthy network home.
