摘　　要：煤矿支架搬运车避免了传统搬运设备装卸复杂、多次转载等问题,越来越多地应用于井下综采工作面搬家倒面作业。为了提高支架搬运车的作业效率,进一步缩短综采工作面设备搬家周期,探究了提升支架搬运车作业效率的方法。基于支架搬运车理想运行基础条件,通过车辆自身、人为管理及使用环境等方面的分析,明确了影响支架搬运车作业效率的因素,论述了车辆自身设计合理性、日常保养习惯性、配套作业专业性及运输路线维保等因素的重要性,并有针对性地提出了对策建议。Coal mine support carrier,which avoids the problems of complex loading and unloading of traditional handling equipment,is more and more used in the withdrawing and moving operation of underground fully mechanized mining face.In order to improve the operation efficiency of support carrier and further shorten the equipment moving cycle of fully mechanized mining face,the methods to improve the operation efficiency of support carrier are researched.Based on the analysis of the service conditions,management and use environment of the support carrier,the factors affecting the operation efficiency of the support carrier are clarified,the importance of the design rationality,daily maintenance habits,operation specialization and transportation route maintenance is discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
