摘  要:植物单宁是植物的次级代谢产物,通常被认为是一种抗营养因子,可与蛋白质、消化酶、生物碱等结合或络合,降低采食量和养分的消化吸收。近年来,国内外通过对单宁生理活性研究发现,单宁不仅具有抑菌、抗腹泻、抗寄生虫等特性,且反刍动物日粮中添加适宜含量的单宁,对其提高免疫力、生产性能和抗腹泻等方面也成效显著。故此,本文就植物单宁的营养生理功能及其在反刍动物生产中的应用进行阐述,以期为动物生产提供参考依据。Vegetable tannins is the secondary metabolite of plant,which is usually considered as an anti nutritional factor.It can combine with protein,digestive enzyme,alkaloid to reduce feed intake and nutrient digestion and absorption.In recent years,through the study of tannin physiological activity at home and abroad,it is found that tannin not only has the characteristics of bacteriostasis,anti diarrhea and anti parasite,but also has significant effect on improving immunity,production performance and anti diarrhea of ruminant diet by adding appropriate content of tannin.Therefore,this paper expounds the nutritional and physiological functions of plant tannin and its application in ruminant production,in order to provide reference for animal production.
