摘  要:针对仓房在气调期间仓门、仓下通风管道等部位氮气浓度下降速度较快的问题,进行了大直径浅圆仓仓顶通风口加装调节气囊试验,探究试验仓改造前后在压差变化与氮气浓度保持上的差异情况。试验结果表明,通风口调节气囊对试验仓仓门、通风管道、空间与粮堆平均氮气浓度保持时间均有不同程度的提升,有效减少了气调补气次数,降低了气调储粮成本。In view of the rapid decline of nitrogen concentration in the silo door and ventilation duct under the silo during the air-control storage,the experiment of installing adjusting gasbag at the top air vent of large-diameter silo was carried out to explore the difference on the changes of pressure difference and the maintenance of nitrogen concentration between the experimental silo and ordinary silo,which also explored the related changes before and after the transformation of the experimental silo.The test results showed that the air vent adjusting gasbag could improve the average nitrogen concentration holding time of the test silo door,ventilation duct,space and grain pile to varying degrees,which effectively reduced the times of replenishment of nitrogen and the cost of grain storage in the way of air-control storage.
