香菇种间杂交选育菌丝耐高温菌株

摘　　要：以香菇品种9608和久香4号的双核菌丝,分别与申香215的单核菌丝进行双单杂交,再对杂交菌丝进行高温处理,获得目的杂交菌株继续进行出菇试验。筛选所得杂交菌株9X2-19和菌株久X2-4,可做进一步的中间试验。Hybrids were obtained from the di-mon mating of Lentinus edodes strain 9608 and strain Jiuxiang No.4 and sporualated monokaryons of Shenxiang 215,then the hybrids were treated by high temperature.Most of the hybrids that could continue to grow were obtained into the cultivation test.Cultivation tests revealed 9 X2-19 and Jiu X2-4 strains were suitable for piolot scale test.
