中国市场卧式冷室压铸机生命周期初探

摘　　要：根据压铸件年产量与汽车年产量的对照曲线分析,判断出压铸行业发展与汽车行业发展呈高度正相关关系,指出未来汽车行业的发展对压铸机制造行业的发展具有决定性的影响。通过定义汽车保有量上限判断了汽车生命周期,据此预判压铸机的生命周期,根据燃油车和新能源车对压铸件需求的差异将压铸机按照锁模力大小分组分析,进一步推断了每一组别的压铸机生命周期,最后对判断压铸机生命周期给出了建议。According to the analysis of the contrast curve between the annual output of die casting parts and the annual output of automobiles,it is concluded that the development of die casting industry is highly positively correlated with the development of automobile industry,and the development of automobile industry will have a decisive impact on the development of die casting machine manufacturing industry in the future.By defining the maximum car ownership to determine the vehicle life cycle,accordingly to predict the life cycle of die-casting machine,according to fuel cars and new energy vehicles demand for die casting differences will die casting machine according to the size of the clamping force group analysis,further deduce the every category of die-casting machine life cycle,finally gives the Suggestions to determine die-casting machine life cycle.
