摘  要:蜜蜂(Apis)是一种典型的社会性群居昆虫,蜂群中存在蜂王和工蜂2个种姓的雌性蜂。蜂王和工蜂的级型分化发生在幼虫时期。正常蜂群中只有蜂王能繁殖后代,工蜂卵巢在发育过程中受到限制而不具备繁殖能力,但具有一定的繁殖潜力。在失王等外界条件的刺激下,工蜂的卵巢会发生可塑性激活并产下未受精卵。工蜂卵巢的可塑性受到蜂王、幼虫和营养条件等很多因素的影响。外界环境的改变会导致蜜蜂体内基因表达、表观遗传修饰、激素分泌以及分子信号通路等发生改变,从而实现对卵巢激活的调控。将围绕工蜂卵巢的可塑性以及分子调控机制展开,旨在为蜜蜂的繁殖育种研究提供理论依据。Honeybee(Apis)is a typical social social insect,and there are two castes of female bees,queen bee and worker bee.The differentiation of queen bee and worker bee occurred in larval stage.Only the queen bee can reproduce in the normal colony,and the ovary of the worker bee is limited in the development process and has no reproductive ability,but it has certain reproductive potential.Stimulated by external conditions such as losing the king,the ovary of worker bees will be plastically activated and give birth to unfertilized eggs.The plasticity of worker bees'ovaries is influenced by many factors,such as queen bee,larvae and nutritional conditions.Changes in the external environment will lead to changes in gene expression,epigenetic modification,hormone secretion and molecular signal pathway in bees,thus realizing the regulation of ovarian activation.In this paper,the plasticity and molecular regulation mechanism of worker bees'ovaries were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the research of bee breeding.
