摘  要:高校教师礼仪作为社会互动的一种符号、技巧、共识,始终贯穿于教学行为这一社会互动行为始终,关乎教学质量。但从实践来看,高校教师职业期待与职业现实存在落差、职业规范与职业需求衔接不够、专业教育和人文教育融合不足等问题长期存在,影响了教学互动的良性开展。本文拟从社会互动理论角度,探索提升高校教师礼仪水平途径,以期提高师生互动质量、推动教学相长,从而顺利实现教学目标。College teachers’etiquette as a symbol of social interaction,skills,consensus,has always been throughout the teaching behavior this social interaction behavior,related to the quality of teaching.However,from the perspective of practice,there is a gap between the professional expectation and the professional reality of college teachers,the lack of connection between professional norms and professional needs,and the insufficient integration of professional education and humanistic education,which has long affected the benign development of teaching interaction.From the perspective of social interaction theory,this paper intends to explore ways to improve the etiquette level of college teachers,in order to improve the interaction quality between teachers and students,promote teaching and learning,so as to successfully achieve the teaching objectives.
