摘　　要：党员结构复杂,党组织机制不畅,党建内容单一是民族院校研究生基层党组织建设面临的新问题。坚持思想政治教育普遍规律,突出民族院校研究生个性特点,守正创新,与时俱进,创新研究生基层党组织制度设计,支部管理、党建内容、协同育人,是提升民族院校研究生基层党组织建设水平的有效路径。The complex structure of Party members, the poor mechanism of Party organization and the single content of Party building are the new problems faced by the construction of grassroots party organizations of graduate students in colleges for nationalities. Adhering to the general law of Ideological and political education, highlighting the personality characteristics of graduate students in ethnic universities, adhering to the principle of innovation, keeping pace with the times, innovating the system design of graduate students’ grassroots party organizations, branch management, Party building content, and collaborative education are the effective ways to improve the construction level of graduate students’ grassroots party organizations in ethnic universities.
