摘 要:基于DEA模型测算2006—2018年我国11个沿海地区海洋经济效率,运用熵权TOPSIS模型评价其海洋环境质量,进而通过耦合协调度模型,得出2006—2018年我国11个沿海地区海洋经济与海洋环境的耦合协调水平及其耦合协调类型。研究结果表明:从整体情况上看,2006—2018年我国11个沿海地区海洋经济效率大部分为DEA有效,海洋环境质量有待进一步改善;从耦合协调水平上看,我国11个沿海地区海洋经济与海洋环境的耦合协调水平整体较低;从耦合协调类型上看,我国11个沿海地区海洋经济与海洋生态环境的耦合协调关系大部分处于调和状态,仍有较大的发展空间。根据评价分析结果,提出相应的建议。Based on the DEA model,the marine economic efficiency of 11 coastal provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2018 was calculated.The entropy weight TOPSIS model was used to evaluate the marine environmental quality.Then,through the Coupling Coordination Degree model,the coupling coordination level and coupling coordination type of marine economy and marine environment of 11 coastal provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2018 were obtained.The research results show that:in view of the overall situation,most of the marine economic efficiency of 11 coastal provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2018 is DEA effective,and the marine environmental quality needs to be further improved.In terms of the coupling coordination level,the coupling coordination level of marine economy and marine ecological environment in 11 coastal provinces and cities in China is relatively low.From the perspective of coupling coordination types,most of the coupling coordination relations between marine economy and marine ecological environment in 11 coastal provinces and cities in China are in a harmonious state,and there is still a large space for development.According to the results of evaluation and analysis,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
