珠海市香洲区学前教育资源配置现状与对策

摘　　要：“全面二孩”和“户籍新政”的实施,将会深刻影响珠海市香洲区建构社会公共服务体系的总体格局,以幼儿园教育为主的学前教育也会受到影响。珠海市香洲区应尽快加速规划教育资源布局,不断扩充和盘活学前教育资源,优化学前教育资源配置,尽快建成“广覆盖、保基本、有质量”的学前教育公共服务体系。要发挥政府的统筹主导作用,尽快制定《城镇小区配套幼儿园治理工作实施方案》,支持社会力量办园,重视民办幼儿园尤其是普惠性民办幼儿园的发展。应拓宽学前教育师资供给途径,化解师资紧缺矛盾。加大幼儿师资培训力度,全面提高学前教师队伍整体素质。The implementation of“comprehensive two-child”and“new household registration policy”will profoundly affect the overall pattern of constructing social public service system in Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai City,and the preschool education,which is based on kindergarten education,will also be affected.Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai City should speed up planning the distribution of educational resources as soon as possible,constantly expand and revitalize preschool education resources,optimize the allocation of preschool education resources,and build a public service system for preschool education with wide coverage,basic protection and quality as soon as possible.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the government as a whole,formulate as soon as possible The Implementation Plan For The Management Of Supporting Kindergartens In Urban And Rural Areas,support social forces in running kindergartens,and attach importance to the development of private kindergartens,especially inclusive private kindergartens.We should widen the way to supply teachers in preschool education and resolve the contradiction of shortage of teachers,strengthen the training of preschool teachers,and improve the overall quality of preschool teachers.
