摘 要:针对热敏性较高的高分子板料在数控渐进成形中出现的起皱问题,以PE高分子板料作为研究对象,探究了影响高分子板料渐进成形性能的因素,研究表明,走刀轨迹对PE板料起皱的影响不大,而提高板料的厚度能有效改善起皱,且对于同一厚度的板料,控制零件加工温度也能缓解板料的起皱。针对温度对于PE板料数控渐进成形的影响,提出了在成形过程中添加冷却液的优化实验方案,通过对成形件进行微观组织观测分析了温度对PE板料内部组织的影响,实验结果表明,利用冷却液控制板材成形温度,可以有效缓解热敏性高分子板材数控渐进成形中的起皱缺陷,提高其成形性能。Aiming at wrinkling problem of polymer sheets with higher heat sensitivity that occurs in the numerical control incremental forming process,polyethylene(PE)sheet was taken as the research object,and the factors affecting the incremental forming performance of polymer sheets were explored.The results show that the tool path has little effect on the wrinkling of PE sheets,while increasing the sheet thickness can effectively improve the wrinkling,and for the same thickness of the sheet,controlling the processing temperature of the parts can also alleviate the wrinkling of the sheet.For the influence of temperature on the incremental forming of PE sheet,an optimized experimental plan for adding coolant during the forming process was proposed,and the influence of temperature on the internal structure of PE sheet was analyzed by the observation of the microstructure of formed parts.The experimental results show that the use of coolant to control the forming temperature of the sheet can effectively alleviate the wrinkling defect of the heat-sensitive polymer sheet and improve its forming performance.
